Giles has over 25 years working within and recruiting to the built environment and infrastructure sectors. He graduated as a general practice surveyor in 1994 and since then he has continued to build extensive industry networks. He is a mature and senior recruiter who specialises within the civil infrastructure industry placing jobseekers in a range of project types including road, rail, bridges, tunnelling, utilities, subdivision/development, mining and general building civil works.

His passion is for business and his desire to see others excel and improve, not only their careers but their well being. He is a coach and mentor to a number of small business owners and has much to offer both employers and jobseekers alike in respect to recruitment and consulting advice.

With a no-nonsense and fair approach to both life and business Giles has been married almost 20 years and is a proud father of 3 growing kids. Giles is a keen golfer, runner, and scuba/snorkeler.
