ABOUT YOU
•Proven experience as a Supervisor in the construction industry.
•Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
•Proficient in safety protocols and regulations.

ABOUT THE ROLE
•Oversee and coordinate construction activities on-site.
•Motivate and guide a team of skilled tradespeople.
•Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
•Maintain high standards of quality and safety.
•Prepare daily reports and communicate progress to management.
•Projects ranging up to $80M
•Experience in roads, earthworks, utilities and subdivision is preferred.
