ABOUT YOU
•10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
•At least 3 years of experience in delivering road projects to TFNSW specifications.
•Proven ability to manage projects effectively.
•Strong understanding of construction specifications and HSEQ requirements for transport projects.
•Experience in subcontractor management.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
•Lead and supervise all aspects of construction activities on site.
•Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
•Manage and mentor a team of skilled construction professionals.
•Develop and implement safe work practices and ensure compliance with all HSEQ regulations.
•Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
•Monitor progress and identify potential risks and issues.
•Prepare and submit progress reports and other relevant documentation.
