Senior Structural Engineer in Sydney & Melbourne

ABOUT YOU

Our well known, and respected client is looking for a Chartered Structural Engineer who is confident to take on a management level position and lead the team to deliver projects. You will have:

• An Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications.
• A minimum of 6+ years consulting expertise for a Senior role.
• Proven track record in executing Australian projects from start to finish.
• A sound knowledge of the Australian codes.
• Client-orientated with business development expertise.
• Exceptional negotiation abilities.


ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior or Associate Structural Engineer, your responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Lead the day to day running of significant projects.
• Manage both external and internal stakeholders.
• Optimise business operations.
• Develop and maintain Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Management Systems.
• Identify business development opportunities as well as maintain current client relationships.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
