Senior Civil Design Engineer in Sydney, NSW

ABOUT YOU
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
•6+years’ experience.
•Advanced 12D/Civil 3D, DRAINS, TUFLOW & MUSIC skills.
•Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and project management skills.
•Strong time management to meet deadlines and budgets.
•Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

ABOUT THE ROLE
•Design urban development civil works (roads, grading, drainage).
•Document and design using 12D and AutoCAD.
•Experience with XP-Rafts, DRAINS, TUFLOW, and MUSIC (desirable).
•Support Design Manager in project design processes.
•Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and authorities.
•Plan and manage projects through all delivery stages.
•Design residential subdivisions (earthworks, roads, drainage, water, sewer).
•Ensure high-quality, client-focused work.
•Manage project budgets, costs, and invoicing.
•Develop innovative solutions and expedite project completion.
•Mentor junior staff and provide peer support.
•Contribute to company growth and modern design methodologies.
•Adhere to company IMS, QMS, and WHS systems.
