Senior Civil Design Engineer - Central Coast in Sydney, NSW

About the company:
Our Client is a leading national Australian engineering consultancy with a strong focus on urban land development. They're committed to creating sustainable, thriving communities and are seeking a talented Senior Civil Design Engineer to join the Western Sydney team.

About the Role:
As an Senior Civil Engineer, you'll be running projects from concept to completion.

•Designing detailed engineering plans for stormwater systems, carparks, pavements, and bulk earthworks in 12D.
•Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success.
•Mentoring and guiding junior engineers.
•Maintaining compliance with health, safety, environment, and quality management systems.
•Preparing tender designs, fee proposals, and layouts.

What You'll Bring:
•A degree in Civil Engineering.
•6-10+ years local experience in land development projects.
•Proficiency in relevant software packages is essential - 12D, Drains, MUSIC, or equivalent (Civil 3D, HEC-RAS etc...)
•Strong technical skills and a deep understanding of Australian Design Standards.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as the role is client facing.
