•Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
•Diploma or Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
•Proven experience in a similar role.
•Strong knowledge of NSW WHS regulations and industry standards.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Previous civil construction industry experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE
•Develop, implement, and maintain safety plans and procedures.
•Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
•Investigate accidents and incidents and implement corrective actions.
•Provide safety training and education to employees.
•Monitor and report on safety performance metrics.
