ABOUT YOU
•Proven experience in construction administration or a related field.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Knowledge of construction industry HSEQ requirements, standard operating procedures, and industry competency requirements.

ABOUT THE ROLE
•Develop and maintain project schedules, including 8-week lookaheads.
•Allocate resources (labor, equipment) effectively to meet project deadlines and budgets.
•Monitor staff performance and identify training needs.
•Manage staff leave, absences, and timekeeping.
•Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders.
•Contribute to recruitment efforts and staff onboarding.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
