Land Surveyor in Sydney, NSW

ABOUT YOU
•Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
•Minimum 3 years' experience as a Surveyor.
•Proven track record in civil industry surveying, particularly in subdivisions.
•Skilled in GPS technology for project localization.
•Proficient in various survey techniques: boundary, set-out, identification, WAE, control traverse, and topographic surveys.
•Expert in CAD software: 12D and Magnet.
•Experienced in machine control (advantageous).
•Strong safety awareness and adherence to site protocols.
•Adaptable team player with excellent communication skills.
•Physically fit and able to handle demanding fieldwork.
•Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
•First Aid Certificate preferred.
•Immediate availability with references.
•Essential qualifications: White Card, Australian Driver's License, and relevant surveying degree or TAFE qualification.

ABOUT THE ROLE
•Conduct topographic and boundary surveys.
•Process survey data and prepare survey plans and maps.
•Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.
•Ensure compliance with relevant surveying standards and regulations.
•Manage survey teams and equipment.
