ABOUT YOU
•Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
•Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in estimating within the civil construction industry.
•Proven experience in preparing detailed cost estimates and tender documents.
•Proficient in estimating software (e.g., WinEst, Conquest).
•Strong understanding of construction methodologies and materials.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE
•Review tender documents and specifications.
•Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates.
•Identify potential risks and opportunities.
•Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes.
•Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
•Assist with the preparation of tender submissions.
