Civil Design Engineer - Brisbane in Brisbane, QLD

ABOUT YOU
•Hold a relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering.
•Possess a minimum of 5 years of design experience in land development (residential, commercial, and industrial).
•Experience with urban utilities minor and major works (water and sewer).
•Proficiency in AutoCAD, 12d, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
•Strong understanding of DRAINS and MUSIC would be a bonus.
•Excellent interpersonal, communication, and report writing skills.
•In-depth knowledge of the SEQ market, Australian Standards, and Council design standards.
•Familiarity with Service Authority design approval and construction standards.
•RPEQ is advantageous but not essential.
•Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.

ABOUT THE ROLE
•Manage the delivery of all design aspects of projects, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
•Oversee the design and project management of urban land development projects, including responsibility for design, documentation, approvals, civil works specifications, engineering reports, tenders, and construction phase.
•Effectively communicate and liaise with key clients and stakeholders.
•Ensure adherence to all safety in design practices and processes.
