Associate Civil Engineer - Urban Structures in Sydney, NSW

ABOUT YOU
• An Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
• Relevant degree.
• Technically strong Chartered Civil Engineer.
• 10 + years relevant consulting expertise.
• Significant exposure to a wide range of projects across infrastructure and civil projects.
• Experience managing projects in Stormwater, Drainage, Pavements, Carparks, Bulk Earthworks etc ...
• The projects will be associated with mid and high-rise residential, retail, commercial, mixed-use, aged care, hospitals, schools, industrial.
• Excellent technical design and team leadership capabilities.
• Ability to successfully manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of relevant Australian Standards, Authorities policies and technical guidelines.
• Project management skills and able to deliver projects on time, on budget and to client requirements.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Autonomy to deliver prominent & challenging NSW projects.
• Oversee a growing team of Engineers and Designers.
• Management of multiple projects including pricing, tender submissions, technical documentation, project scheduling and meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinating and constantly improving design management and project management capabilities.
• Produce designs, documentation, specifications, reports to meet client requirements.
• Developing and maintain relationships with clients.
• Providing technical leadership guidance and overview.
