CONSULTANT

The founding Director of The Constructive Collective, Giles has over 25 years working within and recruiting to the built environment and infrastructure sectors. He graduated as a general practice surveyor in 1994 and since then he has continued to build extensive industry networks. He is a mature and senior recruiter who specialises within the civil infrastructure industry placing jobseekers in a range of project types including road, rail, bridges, tunnelling, utilities, subdivision/development, mining and general building civil works.

His passion for business and his desire to see others excel and improve, not only their careers but their well being, has grown during the course of running recruitment businesses over the last 17 years. He is a coach and mentor to a number of small business owners and has much to offer both employers and jobseekers alike in respect to recruitment and consulting advice.

With a no-nonsense and fair approach to both life and business Giles has been married almost 20 years and is a proud father of 3 growing kids. Giles is a keen golfer, runner, and scuba/snorkeler.
